August, 2016	ccTLD .BY/.БЕЛ (.BEL) Registry becomes ccNSO member (Country Code Names Supporting Organization) that unites representatives of ccTLDs within the ICANN
January, 2016	ccTLD .BY/.БЕЛ (.BEL) Registry becomes APTLD associate member (Asia Pacific Top Level Domain Association), whose members are the largest world domains such as .cn (China), .au (Australia) and .рф (Russia)
September 1, 2015	The official site of national domain zones .BY and .БЕЛ (.BEL) has been updated. Main changes: advanced statistics for domains registrations; common WHOIS-service for domain zones .BY and .БЕЛ (.BEL)

August 20, 2013	New instruction on registration of BY. domains is introduced Main changes: possibility of domains registration and its prolongation for 2 years is provided; possibility to act as agents in registration of BY. domains is granted to companies and individual entrepreneurs
October 1, 2012	Charity auctions of .BY domains, excluded from the register, are launched. All collected money, excluding standard price of domain registration, are constantly transferred to Belarusian orphanages
